The first utility-scale solar farm in Southern Province

Verde Technology is developing Zambia's first 150-megawatt utility-scale solar power project in Southern Province. This landmark infrastructure project will deliver clean, affordable electricity to thousands of homes, businesses, and communities — reducing dependence on fossil fuels and positioning Southern Province as a hub for renewable energy in the region.

Oxygen Manufacturing Plant

Industrial oxygen production for Lusaka and beyond

Our oxygen manufacturing plant in Lusaka produces high-purity medical and industrial-grade oxygen for hospitals, industrial facilities, and urban environments. As Zambia's population and industrial base grows, reliable domestic oxygen supply is critical — Verde's plant addresses this gap with clean, locally produced oxygen at scale. EDD 01/03/2027

Waste

Plastic Recycling Business

Turning Lusaka's plastic waste into valuable resources

Verde's plastic recycling operation in Lusaka collects, processes, and converts mixed plastic waste into reusable pellets, construction materials, and fuel alternatives. We work with municipalities, manufacturers, and waste collectors to divert plastic from landfills and waterways — creating jobs and a cleaner city in the process. EDD 15/12/2026
